Great Support and gets back you timely … Great Support and gets back you timely manner. At first i thought my controller wasnt working right but after reaching out to the team and figure it was user error. I would recommend using them if you ever want mod your controller.

Service is horrible Service is horrible. I ordered a custom controller before Christmas. All I have heard are excuses, parts on back order, the management company was fired etc... I spoke to someone that said it would arrive the beginning of April. It was supposed to be delivered last week, and still waiting. I will never buy anything from them again and do not recommend buying from them.

Buyer beware, terrible company, I would give 0 stars if possible I had placed a review on January 8th about and order I placed in December and it came in wrong, well here it is April 26th and I still have yet to receive my order and they have not contacted me back, I would not recommend to do business with them they need shut down. Update. Its April 30th after receiving no response from emails I called and actually got an answer. They couldn't find my controller and went ahead and placed a new order but when I asked for a refund also for having to wait 6 months and getting terrible service he barely wanted to do that and said he can't run a business giving stuff away. But you can't run one by not giving people what they paid for either with a crappy attitude. So I canceled and got a refund, dont buy from them.

Honest review So here it is Honest review, when I call them they answer that's pretty rare usuallin this business, they put wrong mod on my controller sent me a shipping slip had it back in like 3 days with the best mods added for no upcharge, outstanding as far as I'm concerned. They are definitely fair priced compared to most definitely worth it . On top of everything they are I think the longest running company so they got it down to a science.

Absolutely the best customer service. Originally I had an issue with the order missing a couple small pieces. I emailed GamerModz about the issue and they replied within a few minutes letting me know they where shipping me the missing pieces that same afternoon. This is the kind of customer service evey company should have.
