Horrible customer service Horrible customer service. Absolutely the worse in the industry. After you pay they just ignore you , they won’t reply to email, phone or tickets. Even after you have explained that the service is not working.

Good solution The system was working very well for 5 years then, for an unknown reason, it stopped and we had to wait many weeks to get a reply and solution. Our number is working again without any problem and we can redirect our incoming calls as we want.

EXPRESS WARNING Express warning regarding Flynumber.com! We would like to take this opportunity to urgently warn other users about the Flynumber.com service. We have been waiting in vain for a refund of our prepaid credit since November 2023. Despite repeated requests to their general support email address, all our support requests have been systematically ignored for months. The basic problem is that the annual fee to be paid for subscription renewals is not taken from the prepaid credit, which makes the deposit of the prepaid credit generally completely useless, hence the request for reimbursement. All inquiries in this regard, but also in other technical and administrative areas, remain unanswered for months. A non-existent customer service that is really borderline bad.

Absolutely great service Absolutely great service! Have been using Flynumber for many many years - 12-13 years. Their prices are probably one of the lowest in the market, yet their service and product offering is great! Recommend them all the way!

I do recommend Flynumber Nick is very supportive if any issue arises. I have used this company for many years although not permanently and I always had a very good support and a good service.
