Too much functions This software though is great, provided a little too much functions. If you only wanted a simple calculation you better off with your own spreadsheet. Noted the name of the software is "House Flipping...", this means it was made with flipper in mind, so all you landlord or rental owners out there can still use it but will find this spreadsheet's functions aren't apply to your needs.
