I ordered a Samsung Frame TV for $668 and they never sent an update about shipping so I asked for a refund and it was honored. That was good of them, but they shouldn’t put things that aren’t in stock on their site in the first place. Not sure why Google marks it as a trusted site.

My phone was kept in a case which covered the screen and I luckily have photos of it before I sent it to unboxed. So demanded my phone returned. Dreadful company and will be reporting them
