I withdrawed 13$ usd in total but then got 15$ plus taken away….so that was over 30$ out of nowhere I really want some help starpets.☹️

Withdrawing pets it won't let me withdraw my mega owl bear and says that the bot doesn't have my pet in its inventory (error code 2.)

Some pets take long to withdraw I already reviewed this before but I’m just wondering why does it take a bit long to withdraw specific pets? I had one of my pets for around 3 days and it keeps giving me an error message that says “Error 7”. But besides that this is an amazing website, I just hope you guys can fix this issue!

I’ve been trying to withdraw my high… I’ve been trying to withdraw my high tier neons for a week now and everytime I contact them they copy and paste the exact same message.. I withdrawed the bad pets and it worked but they keep giving me error code 2 when I very much clearly bought the pets.??
