I followed the steps, completed everything, and was actually using it myself within the first few minutes without having to watch any long tedious training videos or webinars. I'm not very computer literate so this was a huge plus and we've stuck with them ever since.

GBI love PracticePanther I love PracticePanther! I've used it for over a year and I can't imagine using any other program. It's extremely easy to use and intuitive. I can access it anywhere and love the app. It automates a wide variety of tasks including calendaring, workflows, document creation and intake forms. Plus it makes tracking time and sending invoices simple - even for those who aren't super tech savvy. I highly recommend PracticePanther!

GBTerrible customer service- caused me to lose a BIG client! Terrible customer service. They do not get back to you for weeks!! I had an urgent client issue and needed a quick answer. They never answer the phone at customer support. I am leaving this company!

GBPracticePanther has all the features you need. PracticePanther has it all. From custom workflows, case & contact management, easy billing, time tracking, and even their own payment processing. Unlike other practice management software that our firm has leveraged in the past, we could manage all of our administrative functions from the software without having to maintain and log in to a bunch of other solutions. Before we were stuck paying from a ton of separate systems, which got expensive and confusing. So moving to PracticePanther has been huge for us. PracticePanther is also extremely easy to use. Our staff was onboarded and productively using the platform within a day or so. Everything can be done with just a few clicks. Very convenient.

VNIncorrect Billing rates Practice Panther does not maintain the correct billing rates. I have different billing rates for different matters and they have been clearly inputted by me, but Practice Panther keeps slipping and using the default rate for matters that have custom rates. They tell me they are working on fixing this, but have not done so after months of complaints.
