Stole my money I signed up to Ning a few years ago and subsequently cancelled my subscription, something I have in writing. However, for the next two years they proceeded to take payment from me without my knowledge. I wrote to them asking for them to refund the payment, but they have refused to do so. So they've effectively stole more than £300 from me. This doesn't seem like a company you can trust to treat you fairly.

Last year I realized they were charging my account, I called and asked them to cancel it. They said they would. This year I get a charge to my credit card. I called and asked for a refund. They said they can't give me a refund. But they would cancel my account. I check, and my account is still not canceled. Don't sign up for this service.
