GBTerrible customer service. I had mistakenly purchased the wrong iPhone case. I caught it immediately and contacted customer service. I was told the order was updated, however, I received the wrong phone case. It took several attempts to try to get a response from customer service again. When I finally did, I was told the correct case would be sent out. I received it fairly quickly but it was the wrong case again. I attempted to contact them again with no response. I did send both phone cases back to Pluto and received no confirmation from them nor my money back. I don't know if the case actually works but, if for some reason your order goes wrong, you are doomed.

GBInitially got the wrong case Initially got the wrong case, but the customer service team was fantastic. I sent an email letting them know that it was the wrong order and they immediately responded and corrected the order. The case is also amazing!!

GBNot very durable the sticky part isn’t as durable as needed unfortunately, multiple breaks in the surface from simply taking it off (to say) my mirror. I really do like it but there’s just a few drawbacks from the case itself.

CALOVE PLUTO. BEST SERVICE EVER! This company has restored my faith in human kind!!!! I can’t believe they are sending me a new case after mine got ruined only after having it for five days. Companies like these are rare and I’d talk to anyone about Pluto because customer service is at it’s finest!!!! Thanks Pluto. I’m in your corner!! Tammy Yonkers.

GBDisappointed We originally ordered a black Pluto but it was delayed so we were offered the opportunity to change to a different color that we could receive sooner. We ended up getting a blue case. Unfortunately the backing (the part that sticks to surfaces) started peeling off after only 2 weeks. We are very disappointed. I gave a two on the review only because we got good customer service but the product itself was unacceptable.
