GBHave been ignored when asked for subscription to be cancelled and now I have been charged anyway The software itself is good but I have contacted them 3 times to cancel my subscription before I get charged after the trial and have been ignored. I even removed all of the money from my bank account so they couldn't charge me then the moment I put some over to pay for shopping they've taken it. Please issue me a refund, this isn't fair.

GBVery bad customer service Very good until the second month when the search function started to fail. It took a long time to search and when it got to 20% of the document the software shut down. It would no longer convert any documents or images and would not even load the document to be converted. I wrote several times and by different means to customer service and it has been 4 months and not a single response. Definitely bad customer service. I will not renew.

GBWARRNING 0 SUPPORT 0 UPDATES (2022) They have not responded to my emails nor provided any support Since 14 Apr 2022. Since August 2022 they have 0 updates, fixed or added new features. The biggest issue is there's no way to stop the app from syncing every time and juicing up so many resources.
