GBTheft of Funds. Taking money from you and knowing the store is closed. I placed an order online with bento box at 7:30 pm. I received confirmation that my order will be ready for pick up at 7:54. I received another text that my order is ready to be picked up. I get to the store, and the store is closed indefinitely. I called customer service and they said they couldn’t refund my money and that I had to wait until the store opened back up to deal with them. This is horrible customer service and theft of funds. They should be sued immediately for taking people’s money and refusing to have any accountability in their errors! DO NOT USE their service

GBEase of Use, But Want Advanced Features Overall, BentoBox is an easy way to maintain a website & online store. However, I wish the online store functions were a little more advanced so that various data can be tracked, information easily seen, as well as an easier shopping cart that can be integrated quickly and easily with 3rd party distributors. In other words, it may be a little TOO simple.

GB4 years of complete customer joy We've been using Bento Box for 4 years and have always received excellent attention and service. Our ability to control website changes has been smooth and easy for any of our managers. We've frequently changed text and images to keep the site fresh. Anytime we've had difficulty (sometimes with quality of image we are trying to update), customer service supports our needs immediately! Very happy.

GBDon’t do business with this company as… Don’t do business with this company as there is really no worthwhile value offered for the high dollars spent monthly. They make a website for ur business but u don’t own or control it...in fact they use that against u..they charge $199/month or 119/month for hosting which is basically $25 or so everywhere else...waste of money, maybe was good when world was not that internet savvy like today...all ur money basically provides employment to their people....u really insulting your intelligence if u choose to work with them...bet this company is not gonna be around too long until they make dramatic changes....feel bad for folks who invested millions in this half baked idea of a company....

GBThis has been a game changer for us as… This has been a game changer for us as well. We integrate GrubHub with our POS and are paying roughly 30% in commissions on most orders. With the launch of our virtual brand, we implemented Bento Box and it has saved us a lot of those commissions. The online ordering site built by bento is way better than our POS offers. Support from Bento has been fantastic. Bento is a little behind on the reporting aspect for their platform. They seem to be responsive in other areas of feedback so hopefully that will improve soon. I am very happy with it so far.
