I tried to give them no stars but this… I tried to give them no stars but this won't allow it. This has been the worst experience I have ever had with a service provider. The design work is unprofessional. The pictures are skewed. You would have no idea what our business is by viewing the website because it is all thrown together in a disorganized manner. I was told they let our url expire and our website was down then they told me it was a different one of their customers. It is impossible to get ahold of anyone and when you do they do not resolve this issue. I asked for our url to be transeferred back to us a month ago and not only has that not occurred I cannot get a response from anyone. Then to top it all off they gave our information to their "partners" to solicit us. Guess what, not thanks.

Owner If is were possible to give them a negative 10 I would do that. Before you give this company money up front look at the better business bureau reviews. Most business people don't have time to file complaints but like those on the BBB I have had paid them up front, nine months later and my site is still not done. They have used ever excuse in the book and passed to to 4 different reps which I believe are all the same person ZACK . When they pass me, they start acting like they want to start from scratch all over, playing you as a fool. This company most likely has more than one website where they take your money and never finish, they just B.S. you until you stop calling.
