No Customer Support I have been trying to contact this company for a refund on their shelfystand. Their Contact Us link goes to a blank page. I tried emailing "support" at website and got no response. Their website says "no hassle 30-day returns" but that is obviously a LIE because so far it's a big hassle. HOW DO I RETURN THE STAND? PS: I received a response to contact them - but they gave me NO LINK, NO EMAIL, NO PHONE NUMBER. I have no way to contact them that I haven't tried already. What is wrong with this company?

DO NOT BUY!! No links - all domains expired. NO PHONE DO NOT BUY!!! Website doesn't work - warranty link doesn't work, softtware downlink doesn't work (can't even try it without app) - all say expired domain!!! NO phone, no way to contact! Interesting - the company responded to my review by asking a question and requesting that I contact them. STILL no operative link, email doesn't work and there is no phone #. Very strange communications issues. Apparently, they must initiate the email/phonecall to me. The order # is 2320785743
