The worst service ever. Kept dodging questions. The worst service ever. Kept dodging important billing and plan questions. Doesn't seem to care about customers AT ALL(no direct answers / kept changing reps and still no answers / very slow replies / they will sound like wanting to help, but actually won't give you any useful information). Very hard to find the cancellation are once upgraded to certain plan. Also, the billing seems very simple at first, but will become nightmare if you upgrade to a certain plan. Found out about that after 6 years of using Asana. Shocking.. and losing trust rapidly. Start having concern putting our data on their platform. And, no backup codes for 2FA...

Spammers. Spammers. Your clueless website is sending loads of unsolicited e-mails to me only because somebody I don't know mistakenly indicated me as their collaborator. Those e-mails have no option to unsubscribe the flood of spam e-mails, which I believe is unlawful, by the way. I even tried to contact you, to no avail. Stop harassing me.

A great tool for teamwork I have been using Asana for over a year now. It is a convenient tool for teamwork. In marketing, there are always many chaotic and inconsistent tasks, so such a platform helps us to structure our work. The only thing I don't really like are the constant mail notifications that are by default. Every morning you have to clean your mail from dozens of notifications.

Product good, pathetic support. The product is good but similar products available. The support is really, really poor. Responses takes weeks, no ticket numbers are initially provided, you have to wait for the first response. Changing payment methods and reducing licenses is nearly impossible.
