GBJust loosing time I have been on PlaybookUX for almost a year. If thinking back 5 months ago, there were 1 or max 2 tests per month which was still ok. But in th elast 5 months there were no tests at all. I keep the page open at all times during the working day and no test is poping up. I wrot etwice to the support and I only get generic email saying that it depends on demographics. Its time to close it down.

INPlaybookUX is great for understanding… PlaybookUX is great for understanding what people like and don’t like about your website. I use it to make product decisions and features decisions. I highly recommend it to anyone looking to conduct interviews and unmoderated research, for which I use it to run about 3 studies per month. Ali from customer support goes out of her way to help which does not go unnoticed!!
