GBTruly terrible customer service Truly terrible customer service. Never answer the phone. The site goes down often and you can't log on. I did get a call back once out of 3-4 tries about a week later and the guy sounded like a high school student. I am done with this awful product

INGreat Intake forms and contracts LawGro has helped us organize our practice better with easy to use client intake forms. It allows us to focus more on core legal work rather than collecting data. Our deliverables have improved quite a bit. They have a great document assembly features. It took us a while to upload our templates but now we are able to generate multiple contract with just few clicks and minimalistic effort. LawGro has awesome customer support and highly responsive team. During the complete migration and every now and then, i get amazed with the speed with which they turn around the things. We were able to organize our practice greatly and get more time for core legal work. Our deliverables were improved and so was the client happiness.
