Useless customer service Purchased their magnetic cables for mobiles. The premise was good, one cable with magnetic tips to fit iPhone and Android. The truth fell far short of the promise. Some of the tips didn’t stay attached to the cables, some cables simply would not work. Contacted dope who refuse to do anything about the problem other than requesting photos of the cables. Tried to return them but they refused as ‘the return window had expired’ even though they sat on the original complaint and did nothing for over a month. From comments on their web site, this seems to be a common fault with Dope cables but their website won’t allow negative reviews. Useless cables and even more useless customer service. If you want quality and service then look elsewhere.

Magnilink has everything you will ever need! The products that Maginlink is producing are incredible. The magnet latches on and remains in place until you remove it. The tips fit my ipad and iPhone and the other 2 tips fit my headphones, earbuds and pencil so they have it ALL covered. I have a cable in my car and it works just fine with Apple Play and charges beautifully. Their “glow” cables actually light up while using and my grandchildren just love them. They have 3 different colors and a multicolor one as well, in 2 different lengths. In addition, their customer support is amazing. They respond quickly, are very professional and sincere and they stand by all their products!

Terrible cable and even worse refund policy The cable barely works. The item your charging must be sitting exactly still or it will constantly disconnect as the magnet is very week. The advertisement where they hold the phone by the magnet cable is rubbish. Tried that and the phone dropped easily every time (iPhone x) The refund system is a disgrace. Your telling me the product costs £15.. The shipping costs £5 so £20 overall. When you refund us you don’t refund the postage cost so we only get £15 back.. you also don’t cover the cost to send your broken crap back to you so I would only get refunded £10 when I bought a faulty item for £20… what a waste and a disgrace of service. I don’t know who’s rating this over 3 stars but it’s probably fake

Not a good experience. When the cables work, they are great. Unfortunately, a lot of time the cables do not work, or they will not charge. After a while the small connectors you put into your devices (especially the lightning ones) will stop working. I've bought 10 cables and had 2 replacements. One of the replacements didn't work on arrival. Would not buy or recommend these cables.

As a person that delivers packages… As a person that delivers packages based off am app on my phone I am always plugging and unplugging my device from the charger. I've always wondered if im destroying my phone by doing this. Magnilink not only fixes that problem for me, they made it so easy to connect to a charger. I have it 5 stars. Not to mention an amazing customer service if you have any issues whatsoever.
