DISGUSTING with ZERO customer service DISGUSTING service with ZERO customer support, stay away, applied for a SSL certificate, did all the necessary steps, submitted everything and never heard from them again....finally after 3 weeks I chased up on their chat service and the response was: "I am sorry but it is as per the recent industry changes for Code sighing certificates . Now all the code sighing certificates are issued with a Hardware USB Token. This order need to be cancelled and you have to place a new order" NOBODy had reached out to let me know....THIS is how S H 1 T they are.

If you enjoy terrible customer service, I would heartily recommend Comodo! If you are based in the UK and are looking for an EV SSL - go elsewhere! The validation is based on US rules which we cannot comply with. Customer service is very poor indeed. Live chat - number 1 in queue for 45 minutes. Still didn't get through and had to give up. If you enjoy pulling teeth and really love terrible customer service, I would heartily recommend Comodo, as they excel at being sh*te.

I'm here because the customer support is so rude and unprofessional, not answering my installation question properly that I began to suspect a scam. The certificate didn't work but the guy didn't seem to want to help. The technical support link meant you had to register first but a chat line came up first. Eventually I registered but had the foresight not to use my normal password. I wouldn't use their keychain link either but its up to you!

Best security software I've ever had Without any doubts Comodo is the best security soft I have ever used. You need to spend some time to configure it properly, but after that it's working great. Doesn't slow down the computer, have many useful options. Firewall is just awesome, it's controlling whole network traffic. It's free, it's fast, it's efficient. Love it!

Comodo makes my job easier Comodo makes my job easier! In addition to saving time, my team has found Comodo extremely easy to use. Our rep has been very responsive thoroughout the entire purchasing process. My employees are not very tech savvy, and we no longer have to worry about the dumb stuff they do online. (Only thing keeping a 5 Star review away is limited functionality for Linux.)
