Corrupted I have used CC Cleaner for more than 10 Years, when I initially bought it I bought the Professional version with life updates no problem for so many Years. in 2022 all of a sudden it expired. This Company became dishonest and corrupted.

DO NOT BUY THIS SOFTWARE! DO NOT BUY THIS SOFTWARE!! When I recently purchased PC Cleaner 1 year service, I was offered a special offer for lifetime upgrade to PC Cleaner Pro. I was charged for both the 1 year service and the Lifetime service which amounted to almost $200. When I installed it, I started having interruptions in my internet service so I ran a virus/malware scan (eset virus software). Turns out PC Cleaner has malware and the eset virus scanner actually deleted PC Cleaner (this occurred on all 4 computers in my house) . When I tried to contact PC Cleaner about the overcharges, they didn't reply and when I emailed them about the malware issue, they scoffed at me and said impossible.

No gimmicks or crapware here.... Honestly I sort of expected the same thing as other pc cleaners out there so far as the "free" part goes. I thought i'd be hit with some trial period bs asking for my credit card info before id be able to use the software. Much to my surprise you guys actually delivered what was marketed. It was very effective and didn't take too long to process. Id give 5 bonus stars in addition to the first 5 with this review. Awesome stuff

Useless Total PC Cleaner upgrade purchase I bought the upgrade to Total PC Cleaner from Microsoft Shop. I could not find the download file I had paid for. It has not upgraded the product free version which is not very good. I cannot contact support except through MS Outlook which I do not use. A shocking waste of money
