this is hands down the worst product I… this is hands down the worst product I have ever purchased. Edges will not stay on no matter what, and after multiple replacements and giving it multiple chances, I tried to get a refund. 45 days had passed since purchase, so sadly I wasted my money for a bunch of absolutely useless pieces of plastic. This product is garbage. Save your money!!!

What an absolute joke of a company What an absolute joke of a company. Not only are their products faulty and a complete waste of money, but their marketing is extremely dishonest. I purchased the “protective edges,” probably better suited to stick play dough on the corners because they fell off within a month. I emailed the company and they sent me a replacement edge, and this time within two months another two edges fell off. At this point I honestly could not be bothered to write and wait again so I purchased a proper case for 1/3 I’d the price, and now have successfully used it for a year. The worst part was, I left a review on their page noting my dissatisfaction, and they simply deleted my comment. How dishonest and pathetic is that? Disgusting company with useless products, stay away.

Does. Not. Honor. Warranty. The product is pretty decent. I’ve purchased the edge (corners) and the bumper (just a metal edge around the phone, open front and back.). The edge never really stuck, I waited for 6 months to put them on, so I assumed I was in the wrong and had waited too long. After ordering the bumper, I received TERRIBLE customer service and got the case nearly a month later. After 2 more months, it’s falling apart. They sent me back a determination that it was due to normal wear and tear. After telling them that normal wear and tear does not void their warranty, the same pictures I sent them apparently NOW show damage. They don’t answer phones, the take days to respond. I was reticent to purchase the bumper, but it’s pretty. So I succumbed to the aesthetic. My mistake. DO NOT PURCHASE from this company. There’s a reason why they used to be called bumpies and had to change their name. They had to dissociate themselves from their old ways. But they don’t seem to be doing too well at that either.

Do not fit phone & refuse to pay for return shipping due to their faulty product.. Ordered 2 sets for our iPhone XR's & they were too small.. Reached out & they did offer to refund or send replacements & asked us to let them make it right.. so I agreed & when they sent new ones it was too small also.. reached back out to let them know & asked for a pre paid mailing label & they said basically since the "order" was past 30 days it in no longer covered under the 30-day money back guarantee.. I reminded them how they said, "We would prefer it if you gave us another try and accept replacements" they said I had to pay for return shipping which I have never heard of a company doing since the items advertised are NOT for the phones advertised.. Buyer Beware.. In the end I sent all the emails, pictures etc to my credit card company to dispute it & they 100% agreed & issued my full refund! I do now see where there are more negative reviews then positive so wish I would've saw these 1st...
