Very nice platform Nice platform. There are quite lots of functionallities, i'd like to have some more but still one of the best i've tried. Support is really helpfull but a bit too slow, i'd really like to have a support live-chat . I'm hardly waiting new functionallities that should came soon. I still have to hunderstand how it work the "update system" of the app. I hope platform will continue to add new possibilities, more then everything else i'd like to be able to interact more with users of my app, i'd like to be able to send them private messages and i would love the possibility for users to chat with other users directly from the app. I'd also like to have more possibility to modify the design of the app . In the end is a Very good platform 8/10

I've built 3 loyalty apps for my restaurant clients, and customers at all locations have only good things to say about it. But what they say is less important than what they do, and hundreds of customers use the app on a monthly basis, making it a very valuable retention tool. It takes some effort to create, but do you want something good or something cheap? Shoutem is all about quality.

An easy website to creat an App The handling of the Website is very easy to learn, so it's no big deal to creat your own app. The Mail suport is very quick and best quality.
