No response. I have tried several times unsuccessfully to contact Graboid regarding a refund due after subscriber died. They have not responded to any emails or snail mail requests. I guess money is far more important than customer service. I really wish someone from Graboid would respond.

i have just taken graboid most of of… i have just taken graboid most of of the film idownload always crashes, iwanted to watch zerozerozero so i down loaded season 1.8 when iwent to watch them all the pictures crashed , so i will not be using graboid the mb is to high.

Very unprofessional When first launched they offered lifetime graboid star memberships. Then when they got popular cancelled all the "Lifetime " memberships. When I called them on it they proceeded to insult me on social media with pretty foul language when i posted my review on their Facebook page. I immediately ceased to do business with them. Very unprofessional conduct!!
