Terrible service Terrible service, and shady business practices. The "leads" are not well vetted at all. We were initially persuaded by a sales rep Jimmy Le, who made numerous, false claims and promises. When we attempted to follow up and address issues/concerns with Jimmy Le, he vanished, refusing to respond to e-mails. But, back to the "leads" that we received... many came from people that never requested to speak with a lawyer, were not interested in hiring a lawyer, were inquiring on behalf of someone else, etc. We've spent hours disputing leads and requesting refunds. About half of the requests were fulfilled, while the other half were denied and no refund/credit given. When you appeal the denial, they almost immediately respond upholding the denial without justification. Do not waste your money or time!

SCAM!! STAY AWAY FROM NOLO This is a scam. They take all your personal information and never call you back. Don't waste your time and definitely DON'T give your personal information away. They are selling your personal details. May 21, 2023 Update in response to NOLO's response: They never contacted me, they never resolved my issues, and they never put me in contact with an attorney. So I still continue to believe they are running a scam to collect individuals' information and sell it.

As an experienced lawyer As an experienced lawyer, I cannot believe that I did not check Martindale Nolo out as to reviews before I agreed to pay them $820 for 20 reviews. They are all junk. Most never answer the phone or return the call or respond to an email. Some hang up on me. Some say they were only responding to a "survey." What a deceitful practice by Martindale Nolo.

I agree with the reviews I agree with the reviews. They sent requests for two different lawyers to represent me and started off the request with; "I is looking for representation." Gotta be kidding me! Be careful with this one. Once they put referral information in to Attorneys to represent you, they can make you look like a damn fool and a laughing stock. Because you can't change the information they send to referrals. I'm an educated individual and I speak as one! Where'd you get your education, Nolo?

Martindale-Nolo lead referral was a complete waste of money. Martindale-Nolo lead referral was a complete waste of money and I can't believe I fell for it. I paid over $1,000 and have not converted a single lead. In fact, 90 percent of the leads I got I could not even contact the lead. When I disputed the lead and requested a credit 90 percent of the time or so the request would be denied. One lead I texted told me that she had only requested information from the site because, "I was super angry last night. I'm not interested in pursuing anything at this time." This lead program has been a complete waste of money, and I'm actually thinking about suing Martindale-Nolo for this fraudulent program.
