Great App! I find it easy to make credits and only use it in the event of an urgent SMS. If I ever need to urgently communicate, Dingtone is a great service!

They purposefully make it way overpriced, confusing and difficult to cancel your subscription. However, you CAN get some free services out of them if you cancel your subscription THROUGH GOOGLE PLAY before your free trial is up. Don't download if you aren't comfortable having $100 stolen from your card unexpectedly.

NO CUSTOMER SUPPORT - HORRIBLE HORRIBLE. HELP... I have been billed wrongly. I cannot reach any customer support. I sent 5 emails via info@dingtone. Several messages via their website over the last 3 weeks and NOT ONE single response from customer support. I feel this is A SCAM... CAN SOMEONE PLEASE PLEASE GET BACK TO CUSTOMERS. ASKING BUSINESS OWNERS TO PLEASE ANSWER ON THIS SITE HOW TO CONTACT THE BILLING DEPARTMENT.

Worst app Ever I want to put zero stars …. But it won’t let me Worst App EVER!!!! If you want to speak to your significant other in the USA from the U.K. calls drop or they don’t even show up or have a ringtone at all they take your money when connecting and then turn it around and say it’s a you problem it’s causing a lot of unnecessary issues in my relationship as it’s looking like it’s me when it isn’t tried to contact them about 10 times with the same issues and yet they do nothing is anyone else having these problems ? 23 missed calls not showing up and 9 voice mails not showing up either until I look into my email this is not on and needs to be sorted ASAP……
