SMARTPCFIXER is guilty of CUSTOMER HARASSMENT! This scam company offers a product which does NOTHING. After four emails back and forth, it will NOT REFUND my initial payment and REFUSES to cancel my subscription. Do NOT buy their product. You will spend days, even years, trying to get your money back--and you may fail. PLEASE beware that this is a totally disreputable scam company with NO contact info except an email address that continues to BEG you to remain a customer.

Doesn't Work I purchased SmartPCFixer's 7 day trial and canceled 3 days later. It did absolutely nothing for my computer. After running it 3 times I gave up because it made no difference in any of the problems it claimed to be able to fix. I didn't have but a few problems but none of them were resolved by SmartPCFixer.

Avoid I have had the unfortunately experience of dealing with this company and wasting my money. My first complain is, that they have a ton of fake reviews all over the internet. They have a lot of fake references, you can easily see that the user of these have 1 review in common, and they are all giving this program top grade. I had bluescreen computer problems, and I was made to believe, that this program could solve this problem. It couldn't. The only thing that worked for me was to update my windows 10. Thanks for wasting 35$ on nothing.

easy and efficient for seniors well, this software helped me out of a mess. My computer was damaged by another software and every program keeps carshing down. I wanna to restore the system only to find there is no restore point or something else. Smartpcfixer fix it for me, now she is running perfectly. thank you sooooooo much!

Scammers! Yes folks unfortunatley you have all been scammed, this is a fake company with fake products that will do your computers more damage. Their website is fake, the few positive comments on this forum are fake, they are not affiliated with microsoft or any other reputable company. If you haven't done so already, cancel your Debit/Credit cards at once. A reviewer, Barry Macpherson seems to think this is an Irish company..... I don't know where he got that idea from because this company.... Lionsea Software...is chinese and based in China.
