GBTheir mistake, At my expense I ordered 1000 pre-paid minutes for my cell phone. I used a coupon and all my member points. Some where during my checkout, the system changed my order to 900 minutes. Since the minutes are cheaper per minute if you buy 1000 minutes. I am paying more per minute than I should. It was their system that glitched and made the error. I could not catch the error since I could not see the change happening since my coupon and member points change the price. Callingmart chose to not help me at all and put the blame on me. This is really poor customer service. Now that I have no more member points anymore, I have no reason to ever work with them again.
Dissatisfied long time customer
GBNo longer the best price I have been purchasing my T-Mobile pre-paid SIM card top up from Callingmart for the past several years. I started buying from them because they had the most competitive price. But it is no longer the case. Since last year, I have to pay the full face value plus $2 fee (required by T-Mobile according to Callingmart). I can get it from any other online seller for the same price and even from T-Mobile website (have to pay sales tax but not the $2 fee) with he same convenience of online shopping. I probably can go to one of those small Mom&Pop telephone store and get it with a discount to face value (+ sales tax) if I look hard enough.

GBFailed auto reload and system lost my account Set up an auto-reload for my pageplus pins every 4 months. The first two worked and I was charged correctly, but the third time didn't. When I realized it, I tried to log into callingmart to check my account and it said my credentials were incorrect. I tried to set up a new pw and it said my email wasn't recognized and there was no account associated with it. What's that about? I've used the same email for years when I'd purchase something from callingmart. I tried calling customer service and waited over an hour on hold before I hung up. Forget it. BAD COMMUNICATION and BAD SYSTEMS in place. I'm finding another service.
