GBTsheets bug filled. Tech support-useless Tsheets used to be a simple easy to use app with excellent tech support. We have 11 users. Now every few days I get calls for issues my staff is encountering with logging in or not being able to complete timesheet entries. Tech support is useless if you can reach them. Anyone have a suggestion for an alternative timekeeping software?

GBGoing downhill, switch to competitor Used to be a good product but since they were acquired from Intuit they have went downhill. Now charge annual contracts with no refunds even if the software isn't a good fit and prices are rising. New log in process is problematic too. We've switched now to a UK competitor TimeKeeper and saved our monthly bill hundreds, and personally, I prefer this new product better.

GBWe have been using it for 8 years now… We have been using it for 8 years now but will be switching to another system starting January. Customer service is inexistent. Other than a 2-hour wait on a chat window, there is no way to actually talk to any body. The number listed on the website is a generic helpline for ALL intuit products and they hang up on you after a few minutes.

GBTsheets used to rock before they sold… Tsheets used to rock before they sold out to Intuit. Buggy and overly protective with constant validations. You would think their protecting the Dept of defense. Typical story of goliath thinking they know better than David...Totally turned off!

NZToo many errors Too many errors, staff gave up using it because it constantly crashes. Never EVER sign up to an annual plan, they will keep $1000 credit even though the product failed so badly we had to switch to another. They expect us to wait until they sort their issues out
