I had been trying to get my account setup I had been trying to get my account setup for over 3 weeks using email correspondence. I finally took to X and posted my issues. Sure enough within a few short hours Jared fixed my issue with the account and I so am grateful to have this resolved so quickly. On top of that, Johnathan then proceeded to give me the same white glove service every customer deserves! Now my account is sorted out and funded! I highly recommend this fantastic team.

I think part of it is poor instruction, and part user inexperience. Whatever the case, this round seems to be progressing better than last. I would say there is still a lot of room for improvement in the onboarding process.
