GBOverall good Overall good but on my last call, I was on hold for many, many hours with the flight company that messed up my trip. When I was finally able to speak with a representative I suddenly hear, “please introduce the number you wish to call”. I have plenty of minutes because I just charged my number and needless to say I had to wait other more hours to be able to speak with another person. That really upset me. I don’t know why the conversation ended abruptly. No one hung up since I didn’t hear the busy sound, but was advised to reintroduce the number while I was in the middle of the conversation. Otherwise, I am pretty happy with the service.
