I had purchased microsoft word 2019… I had purchased microsoft word 2019 from them in 2021, then this year 3 years later I had to reset my computer and lost the software as a result. My original product key no longer worked, I emailed them my problem and within an hour they sent me a new one and it worked and I was able to download my software with no problems.
