I did have a problem where by the " ea" stopped trading whether that was the fact that the "ea" needed updating I don't know but Valery trading sorted it out for me and my "ea" is trading again. She has a unique approach of selling activations tied to trading accounts, instead of mql5 where activations are tied to a server. She has telegram groups and offers decent support. If you are into EAs Waka Waka, Night Hunter Pro and Evening Scalper Pro are worth a look although a bit on the expensive side.
