Love Markup! Have one suggestion. Markup is such a handy tool! I think the biggest improvement that Markup could make would be to allow the user to update a link in a project that already has edits. We are doing edits on a dev site and the dev link expires after about two days. Which means my developer has to be ready to go, to knock out all of the edits in two days or he will have no idea what Im referring to. The screenshots are definitely helpful, but it would be great if it just allowed up to update the link. The site isn't changing so dramatically that the pins would be super off if it reloaded. The feature of switching between Comment page and Browse page is fantastic – makes your work efficiently smooth. The support team is absolutely amazing: responsive, open to the feedback, proactive, transparent, creative, and visual. The new version was just released - thank you for 4 new features-enhancements! You should see their Roadmap...it is outstandingly wow! Always evolving, always improving product.

Feedback and Updates made easy!! I used MarkUp.io for a client project which was taking forever to gather feedback from - and which was also confusing and unwieldly because of the number of pages in the website. MarkUp streamlined the process and saved me hours or stress and management - as well as making it much easier for the client. It's a win-win no brainer - especially with their 20 project limit free plan which is what I used.

Markup is hands-down the BEST platform… Markup is hands-down the BEST platform for feedback between myself and the client. I use Markup on an almost daily basis with my client work. I won't use anything else. It is easy to leave comments, upload attachments and also leave links or discuss a certain part of the design with the client.

Put simply Markup just works Put simply Markup just works, anyone I share a link to has immediate access with little/no friction and the UI is simple to explain in a phone call/message to the users. I had one problem where all pins got detached from a website but other than that! BRILLIANT
