Easy to use, Great customer service It's easy for my parents to use. They don't have to remember a password, and they can do it from their phone or computer. I can't wait to see the final product at the end of the year. Customer service has been excellent as well, with customer service reps actually following up with me after certain requests were received, etc.

Love the concept and easy use Love the concept. My father-in-law really enjoyed participating in the process, and we enjoyed looking at his progress along the way. He explained some photos that we did not understand and got so much joy out of talking about his childhood and upbringing. He (88 yrs old) found it very easy to use and we all can’t wait to see the final product!

Preserving the past I did a lot of research on preserving family history when I came across Remento. I love the ease of this program. My parents are not tech savvy, but every week they record the answer to their question with ease. I love that I can proof the chapter and make changes. I had to reach out to customer service and they were beyond helpful and patient, even checking up on how things were working after the issue had been fixed. When this book is finished it is going to be a gift to my siblings...I can't put into words how special it will be to have my parents voices telling these past events that will now be able to live on through many generations in our family.
