I'm not sure how they do it for the… I'm not sure how they do it for the price, but HoboHost is more responsive and functional than the bigger hosts. The transparency in pricing is also appreciated.

Quick, Helpful Support It had been more than 3 years since I had used cPanel to administer my sites and I didn't realize how much I had forgotten. The technical support staff, especially Cody, helped me throughout the re-learning process and answered each of my embarrassingly many question quickly.

GREAT Customer Service! Although our club could only afford the lowest priced package, we were treated like we had their best package. Getting our page transferred from GoDaddy to Hobo Host was handled by Cody IN ONE DAY! He even called me (I gave them my ph#) in order to expedite the process and clear up issues. I get the following message: "509 Bandwidth Limit Exceeded The server is temporarily unable to service your request due to bandwidth limit has been reached for this site. Please try again later." This is the second time that this has happened in the last 4 weeks or so. Can you give me contact information on who to contact to correct this?
