GBCeasar LISTENED to my issues!! Ceasar LISTENED to my issues!!! I have tried for 2 mths to get help with this issue and was told to call this number, email this person and NOT ONE SINGLE PERSON RESPONDED. Ceasar not only fixed my issue, he found other issues on my acct & fixed those. He should be given a raise, name on newsletter and someone buy his lunch for a month!!

GBPROMISES FEATURES THEY DO NOT HAVE Teletrac promised features on their cameras that they do NOT have. The cameras cannot provide live view. I have old cameras in my taxis that are 6 years old that track my vehicles better. I have written and called over 10 times combined for 2 months now with no resolution. Their tracking system is very delayed as well. DO NOT SIGN A CONTRACT WITH THIS COMPANY! USE Linxqup

GBCase #1138203 Case #1138203, Cesar F was very upbeat and friendly, allways keeping me informed about what was going on while I was put on and off hold so he could fix the problem. This was the final step in getting this issue resolved that started in June. Cesar was very confident he could fully correct this issue today and he was correct. I am very happy

GBWhat hasn’t gone wrong What hasn’t gone wrong? Teletrac as a company are scam artists and thieves. They do nothing to live up to their contract, provide a “service” that is worthless, and will do nothing to rectify the problems that abound in their software and hardware. They will, however, refuse to let you out of the contract they have not for ONE SINGLE DAY lived up to, but instead will bait and switch the contract to add to the time they will steal your money.
