GBPleasantly Surprised I am new to the site and sent several long emails with multiple questions to the support team around importing my data and the treatment of transfers and fees within my historical transactions. Cord was extremely responsive and patient with me, and helped resolve all of the issues I was having. I was pleasantly surprised with how positive this support experience was.

MXEasy, but could be better It is easy. Only complaint is that the interface has changed so much since last year. There should really be, for something so important, some documentation to download... example: ----------- A1 (button in old interface becomes) -> A2 (new) B1 (asset in old interface becomes) -> B1 (new) B2 (button in old interface become) -> B1 (new) etc. Seems they do not want to invest in a Technical Writer to work with UX team.

GBGreat site I am relatively new to this and Cointracker has been a blessing to me in keeping my portfolio in order as well as helping with taxes. The site is easy to use and straight forward.
