GBFantastic experience I spoke with one of the representatives earlier this week bc we had not received any response about whether or not they had received our phones. I was told that they did not have any outstanding phones there. I was quite put off by the response back. However the CEO, Mr Kramer, who was on vacation during my exchange with one of his representatives, came back and traced the packages back to UPS and found that both packages were damaged. He has graciously agreed to pay us for both phones without having the equipment. This company and Management is a wonderful company that I will definitely do business again with. GBRevised: I sold a phone to GreenBuyBack and a… I sold a phone to GreenBuyBack and a laptop to a competitor. The laptop reached the competitor at 9:32am yesterday. It's already been processed and my payment is transfering via PayPal. GreenBuyBack received my phone yesterday at 1:29pm but it hasn't even been "received" yet. GBExcellent value, good customer service, quick response. GreenBuyBack offered the highest value for my Nexus 6P, and agreed with my assessment of "Perfect" condition. No quibbling, quick turnaround — almost the moment that I got notification from UPS that the package had been delivered, I got two emails from GBB stating they had received the device, and they agreed with my assessment. What's more, I made a mistake when I first submitted and chose PayPal (not realizing there would be fees). I emailed GBB and they agreed to change it to a check — and then they followed through and sent me a check. I will ABSOLUTELY do business with GreenBuyBack again.

GBEasy and trustworthy I sold my Moto X Pure in perfect condition to Green buyback for $95. They sent me the free shipping label, I dropped the package off at UPS, and about 3 business days later I got an email confirming that they agreed with my assessment of the phone's condition, and had mailed me a check for the full $95. I received the check 5 business days later, and it had cleared the bank. This was an overall easy and stress free process. :)
