GBTrust worthy & great support says 3 yr member I've been with Altrady 3 years after being frustrated with Coinigy. The support is great. Ben, Jenn and several others are very approachable, and exceedingly helpful. I never feel awkward asking questions, or making suggestions. It's amazing how much development Ben's team puts into improvements. The BOT is worth joining the altrady team all by itself, but there are lots of features that make it great. AULegendary Platform Great, platform. Very reliable and robust. So far I am running with it for more than 6 months and hasn't skipped a beat. Also support is first class. Not looking bad since I changed from 3 Commas.

TRExcellent service. Excellent service.. Supporting are good and respectful .. They try to do something to the customer.. to help him.. I thing just they need just a good and practical user interface not just by json codes .. but I think they will reach to the top position at the next few years .. they pay attention to ideas and suggestions and trying to improve themself..

MXPricing vs. features The platform works as described in most cases and support will generally help when it does not. My gripe is the pricing is a bit over the top and especially if you just want basic features. I would much prefer to be able to pick individual features and have a reasonable fee. Im not going to ever use 99% of platform features but you put basic wants behind upper tier pricing list. Some which used to be free and/or all inclusive...

GBAWESOME SUPPORT and SOFTWARE! ALTRADY support resolved a mix up of my subscription and reinstated all my settings within one hour and about 4 email exchanges. They were extraordinary - special thanks to DAMIAN who carefully reinstated all my settings when I inadvertently cancelled my subscription . Awesome support, great software !
