Excellent service I needed my US marriage certificate to be legalised attested by the UAE embassy in Washington, and then sent to me to the UK. The service I received from One Source was excellent - I would highly recommend them.

Impressive to work with! So far the process has been direct and factual. I am waiting for my final Apostille from the federal government which should be in about two weeks. One Source Process has kept me informed every step of the way and has been very easy to work with. I look forward to getting the final documents!

Poorly handle process…very dissatisfied I communicated with a few customer service agents handling my case. It went from average to horrible. The experiences I had with one of them was not acceptable. Brandon Yoshimura customer service skills were so bad he needs serious training or get another job. The communication I had with David Lopez wasn’t clear and his email to me explaining the reasons he was recommending not to back after the first attempt was not acceptable. I paid for three attempts, and just bc Marti Melillo had a tantrum, they decided to leave the document and take pics. That was NOT ACCEPTABLE. I had to demand that the server to go back and to follow my instructions written on your questioner. You have a question asking will the person being serve try not to be served my answer was YES. The server should have been ready to handle that situation. Then Brandon gets involve with his lock of empathy and makes the entire issue about him and blaming me of not being professional and rude. It is not for me to be professional, he is the one to know how to handle difficult situations. He was projecting his lock of skills on me. That was NOT ACCEPTABLE. The entire communication process from David Lopez email to me Friday recommendation of not going back to Brandon Yoshimura not handling his poor skills was NOT ACCEPTABLE. If I am asked to pay for services and request to pay for those services ahead of time , then I expect the job to get done without having to stress of how the job gets done. The server should have known ahead of time, Marti Melillo was going to refuse to accept the documents. The entire process was poorly handle. At least the last person that email was polite and I received the affidavit after a very stressful process.
