GBI was looking for a process server… I was looking for a process server online, and was unsure of certain companies I came across. The rep was patient and allowed me to ask whatever questions I needed to make me feel comfortable. I also loved the speedy delivery of service,even though the person I served was out of state. They returned an affidavit of service to me same day. Gave me plenty of time to file with the court same day. I’m very appreciative of their services.

GBOne Source make this process to have… One Source make this process to have someone served very simple. He was very responsive to all emails. I hope I never have to use them again but I would recommend them.

GBThey did exactly what they said they would do I needed a document from California in under a week. To send in by mail had at least a 4 week turnaround. These guys delivered and communicated throughout the whole process. 5 day turnaround. Very happy.

SGResponded very quickly and clarified… Responded very quickly and clarified everything within 10-20 minutes. You get what you pay for and this was pretty good on the whole. Not 5 stars because the chatline could not answer my question and I had to send an email to the advisers, who were a little bit brusque with their responses. I understand the need for clarity, but it's a complex process. No need to make us feel a little 'stupid' for asking what might seem obvious.
