Very unhelpful Very unhelpful. Sent me an alert about a new home purchase that wasn’t mine. Then when I called to get help figuring out what was going on was told oh disregard it. We notified people who have similar names. I asked do you not look at other deciding factors like date of birth I was told well you may also share the same last 4 digits to your SS # . What are the odds of someone who has the same name sharing the same last four digits of their Social Security number. I called bs

New loan alert I am in the process of securing a new mortgage. Previously I had frozen my credit reports. For the loan I needed to unfreeze the reports. Shortly after doing so LifeLock contacted me to confirm it was me. A short time later they contacted me again to inquire if I had applied for a new loan. Just wanted to say thank you that your system works the way you say it will.
