GBNonprofit User I have not been using DonorPerfect for a long time, but I wish pulling reports were smoother. Also, being able to label donors without flags. I'm not sure if there is another way to do that, but it's difficult pulling donors or stakeholders, sorting them, and realizing they have a paragraph worth of flags. I am participating in training next week with my organization. I hope these items become more evident.

GBUser friendly with robust menu of features It was a wonderful experience researching CRM options for my organization and identifying DonorPerfect as the best solution that meets our diversity of needs. GBDonor Perfect is a great donor… Donor Perfect is a great donor management system. So easy to check donor information, add donors/gifts and events. We use this system to send our EOY letters and emails. Again, very easy to do, especially since these tasks are infrequent. Their customer service is beyond compare and wish all services were just as helpful and positive! They assist with minor items as well as complex and always go above and beyond to help. Thank you!

GBVery expensive Very expensive (more than $5 a day for me). The onboarding process normally begins with a phone call, scheduled, at least for me, more than a week after I purchased the product. Had I not asked for a username and password right away, I would have had to wait. The product is designed to help you raise money, and it does that well, with tips not merely technical along the way. I feel a bit sick spending about two grand a year on software, but I bit the bullet and did it. We'll see...

GBDonor Perfect has been Great Donor Perfect has been Great! The reports are very helpful and customizable for our nonprofit needs. Fairly easy to navigate. Support is excellent! Having access to Knowledgebase is very helpful when you don't quite understand something and you want a quick reference. Very easy to create your own screen as to how you want it to look. If you get a chance to take the Digging Deeper Seminar I suggest it, so worth it, very helpful and full of great information.
