William from the support team got back to me within a day providing with solutions willing to refund me despite the long period, and even compensated me for the trouble. Great for starting producers. I've been on and off with Arcade, but thats because I have a slow laptop right now. Bit it's definitely fair in price. The samples, the creativity, and most importantly the effort put into the growth of this product. I look.forward to see more improvements in this product and the opportunities it has to offer for experienced and curious music producers/composers!

The only audio company that cares about their customers I’ve been subscribed to output arcade for 5 or so years. I often post my praise of the company and create content to show how I made songs . Over time I’ve developed a relationship with many employees at output and have had first hand experience seeing them care about their customers and how we use their products . I also have participated in a few contests and even won! I am a full time producer musician songwriter beatmaker and Output is the only company that has taken the time to let me know they appreciate me .
