I like the on stop process for vetting new potential applicants. I also like the ease of use user access and automatic rent deduction. You provide landlords with a very helpful tool.

GBSuch a helpful tool I’ve used LeaseRunner for years to help with leasing our rental property and collecting rent. It helps make sure our leases follow current state laws and allows us to collect rent through ACH and not deal with checks, as well as routes the lease electronically to all necessary parties for e-signature. It’s a little confusing to use sometimes since I only go in every year to update the lease, but their online help directory is very thorough and customer service is super helpful.
