Wasn't very helpful in getting a refund… Wasn't very helpful in getting a refund for an auto payment that I was told was canceled by a member of staff after making a request for cancelation and transfer of billing to another business partner. Was way to hard to find the page for the actual cancelation in the first place and wasn't assisted in even attempting to be given a refund for the amount when the server host was completely inactive and I was being charged without knowing for months.

Everything is automated Everything is automated, it was really so easy to deploy my VPS and i was able to setup IPv6 distribution to openwrt clients via Wireguard + Slaac so easily. A single wireguard connection is running on openwrt and every device at home gets public IPv6 addresses from openwrt via VPS. I have cgnat so this was very useful for me. They provide ::/56 for free.

Affordable and good for Starter. It was quite affordable, but the starter pack just has too low space for my Project, however, if your looking to do a small project/sandbox server, then yes, its worth your money.

Very unproffessional support Very unproffessional support. I was stuck for almost 72 hours beacause i was short of 3 cents(probably the crypto transfer fees).although it was partly my fault i recieved no help/explanation the least thing they could do was help me find the reason and invoice me again and then we could figure out something about the underpaid invoice.
