Running their company as it should be. What is this company doing well? JUST ABOUT EVERYTHING. As I said, earlier, my computer had technical problems for a while before it Crashed. I lost PC Protect each time the machine blacked out. I contacted PC Protect more than once and they guided me through Downloading the Program with no muss, fuss or bother. For ME, anyway. No extra charges, no sarcastic Customer Service nonsense... As of this day 5/23/23 I had the need to discuss my Subscription for another year, coming. All done with a Representative ON LINE, helpful because my hearing is not good. The patience shown to me is worth a Gold Medal. I am, as I told Mr. Reynolds, who assisted me, VERY GRATEFUL for the understanding shown to me several times over. I am so glad I found these folks. I recommend them to any and ALL who need Virus Protectors. I have had another a while back. PC Protect is number ONE in my book.

its amazing how much it can do its amazing how much it can do! its helped me stay away from dangerous sights, cleaned up duplicate files and even gets rid of tracking coockies! and you can still use the computer while it scans!

Free Adcopy My one star was originally for annoying me with a inconvenient popup asking "rate your recent experience" Aside from that I give PCProtect four stars for offering high value at a low price. It's unlikely anything can protect us from our own stupidity. ....Such as mistaking guidelines for suggestions. Definitely recommended as a budget conscious choice over the more expensive options. I had not read the other one star reviews when I subscribed at $20 for a year. Had I known how frequently the billing department overcharged, I doubt I would have risked even what I did. So far nothing bad to report. I'll update this to five stars if there are no issues a year from now.

I feel confident that PCProtect is doing a good job. I feel confident that PCProtect is looking after my online safety. Have just started up an old laptop that hasn't been used in about 3 months and it was straight away scanned and cleaned up. I also like that it is unobtrusive, does what's needed and doesn't keep pestering for an upgrade as some other programmes do.
