10/10 would recommend I've been a paying customer for about 6 months now. Never faced any issues with them. Proxies are pretty much always up and running :) Only faced issues twice where some bad proxies weren't getting auto-replaced by the system. Contacted customer support and they fixed my problem within a day!

If it fits your needs - its the best. Good: Proxies are very stable. Price is the best on the market. Nice UI. Bad: Some functions seems not implemented: a) upgrade plan = close existing and star new one. b) not possible to have several plans under one account. No datacenter proxies for some countries. Edited: updated to 5* for excellent support

Great support from the webshare team Great support from the webshare team. My conditions are kinda hard for a proxy, but they help me get to it. Quick response and even some free proxy replace which is normal costly.

I definitely do not recommend! I have been a customer of this proxy provider for several years, but my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I purchased a proxy plan, but even though I had only used alittle of the allotted bandwidth, they unexpectedly closed my account without any justification. When I inquired about this, they requested my personal identification information, promising a resolution within 2 business days. However, despite providing the requested details, I never received a response from them. To make matters worse, the proxies I had purchased were not even functioning properly. Based on this unacceptable level of service and the complete lack of communication, I strongly advise anyone considering this provider to look elsewhere. My trust in this company has been completely shattered, and I will be sure to warn all my contacts about the poor quality of their offerings and unreliable customer support. This has been a disappointing end to what was previously a relatively positive relationship.
