Wilcon Embroidery Software missing Elements. I was able to install the Wilcom Embroidery Software after goin through a 10 step process, only to find out the software didn't have the Chenille Elements and Corel draw Requested this a week ago, received the Corel Draw download but was unable to install because it was corrupted and had viruses. Requested these files 4 days ago with no response. Seller will not respond unless a negative review is posted. Not a great way to do business.

They are selling USED licenses which… They are selling used licenses which requires phone activation. You also need to download a special IMG, you can't use the regular Officesetup.exe you download normally from Microsoft. This is a complete waste of time.. Don't bother. When I asked for a refund, they didn't respond. Had to dispute it to get my money back from these shady fools.

I would recommend creating an automated system to send the keys upon receiving your payment. Other than that everything is working fine and the product is 100% genuine.
