"False Start" It's difficult for me to fill this out as we kind of "never got started". I was trying to get a speaker to work on my new monitor and found out it doesn't have a speaker. I did find working with you folks however a pleasant experience as you were very timely in our discussions about the feedback I got from you. You also processed my cancellation quickly and fairly. Didn't Work for Me I installed the driver software and it changed the settings on my laptop so that I couldn't turn the brightness up and it was so dim I couldn't see it. It also changed some drivers on the cameras I use. They said they would refund my money. It took about 3 hours to restore the system.
