GBVagaro customer support is a joke Vagaro customer support is a joke. They been ripping me off for months. When you call customer support they ghost me, hang up, or just plain lie and say problem is fixed. Vagaro is charging me for merchant services I don’t have so I’m paying $60/mo instead of $50/mo. I’m in the process of moving to Square online booking. Update: I did talk to another customer support. She seen all the previous notes. The department who was supposed to fix never fix. She said she would contact department and I would receive an email tell me problem fixed and I’m supposed to receive a refund. At this time I have not received refund or email from Vagaro

GBI have used several other brands for… I have used several other brands for scheduling and billing for personal training, classes and massage therapy. Vagaro is by far the best! Great reporting, easy self scheduling, reminders, etc... My massage bookings have increased since switching to Vagaro due to the ease of scheduling.

GBLiam has been fantastic help Liam has been fantastic help through the whole process, nothing has been to much trouble making sure that everything transfers over smoothly from the old system. Great service so far very inpressed.

GBIT'S A 10/10!! I couldn't be happier to have used Vagaro for ALL of my business needs. When I mean all, I mean POS, scheduling, email marketing, Intake forms, SOAP note forms, you name it! Plus, they have an option for "Daily Deals" which has helped spread the word to NEW and existing customers. PLUS, their customer service is spot-on and efficient. THANK YOU VAGARO!
