Honestly, you shoul read this review if do you want to know whats UltaHost Honestly, I think that UltaHost and its entire team do an incredible job, super efficient, attentive to the customer and always available to help and/or solve any type of problem or question that may arise. Undoubtedly, if someone told me to recommend a hosting page, domain registration, or services such as VPS or email hosting, I would undoubtedly tell them that UltaHost is what they are looking for. 10/10 to the entire team, highly recommended. Special greetings to Kate and Michael who have helped me with every problem that has arisen, even when the problems have been due to ignorance on my part. ALL PERFECT

I consistently have problems with them… I consistently have problems with them and the support is useless. You open a ticket and they will make changes without even reading the ticket just creating new problems. I can't believe how bad they are. They changed IP address on our server which affected all are DNS. It's been a month of opening tickets and I still can't get it resolved. I absolutely would not use them. UPDATE It takes 2 hours to get a reply from you only to ask for the same information that was in the ticket or the 20+ tickets on the exact same issue because NO ONE reads the ticket. I highly recommend anyone reading this DO NOT USE ULTA. I had to transfer out because I can't get any response.
