Total scam You'd think a visit slip from Patient First with my name dated two days before the race showing X-rays were taken, pain medication, foot pain, giving a medical foot boot, and instructions to follow up with an orthopedist would implicitly mean "maybe don't run six miles in the race on Saturday". But because I didn't think to ask for an official doctor's note, the claim is denied. It's not worth it to go back for that now, so these scammers got a few extra dollars from me.

Grateful I am very glad I purchased this plan when I bought some very expensive tickets. I ended up getting severly ill and had to cancel an entire trip. I was able to get reimbursed and I was grateful. Keeping track of documentation is critical though it is very well explained when you sign up. Just follow the instructions.

SCAM!! UPDATE: After leaving negative reviews and filing a complaint with BBB the company is working with me to resolve the issue. SCAM!!! Only pays in “specific” situations, as if life is that predictable! DO NOT PAY FOR THIS IT IS NOT WORTH IT!!!

They Will NOT honor my cliam I bought the insurance policy, for a up coming concert 4 months away, and I now have som finanical hardship come up, so I requested a refund, and they dont like my reason for filing a claim, so they are refusing to honor my claim for which I paid for. SCAMMERS I will NEVER do any business with this place EVER AGAIN
